This hospitable, family-run B&B close to Salzburg is the ideal choice for tourists, festival-goers and business travellers alike. Located in a rural area, but only 5 km from the city centre and 5 minutes from the airport, the hotel offers comfortable and friendly rooms, individual service and a rich breakfast. Parking (including carports) is available directly in front of the hotel. Every day you can get new ideas for excursions and sights from our information corner on the first floor. Dogs are welcome. The reception is open every day from 07:30 to 21:00.

If You are looking for a low priced accommodation in Salzburg You are right to choose our Bed and Breakfast. Our house is child-friendly and we offer with breakfast included. Our new furnitured rooms offer shower, toilette, Sat-TV (with more thank 100 international channels) and balcony. You will enjoy a fantastic view from the balcony to our closest mountain „The Untersberg“. We offer an extra smoking area and there is always a daily newspaper.

Hotel information
It is not possible to park your car at the hotel for longer periods (no airport parking). Please note that there are only smoking rooms. If you want to find us with a navigation device, please use Walserstr. 229 as the address. Please inform us if you arrive later than 20:00.
Food & beverage
Enjoy a rich and varied breakfast in our sunny breakfast room, served from 07:30 to 09:30 (earlier on request). There are several different restaurants for every taste near the hotel. There is a restaurant on the ground floor serving Chinese cuisine. Half-board is available for an additional charge.
Room information
Our friendly rooms were completely renovated in the winter of 2007 and feature satellite TV with more than 100 channels in many languages. The balconies offer wonderful views of the Untersberg mountain. In summer the rooms are protected by insect mesh. The single rooms have their showers and toilets outside of the room. Extra beds are not available.
Area information
The beautiful old town of Salzburg is only a few minutes by car, bus or taxi from our hotel. The nearby mountains and lakes are well known, and celebrated in movies such as "Sound of Music". Klessheim Palace and Salzburg's EURO 2008 football stadium are in close vicinity.
